The delivery was not at the expected level of quality. I shared a detailed brief of the project requirements before agreeing with the freelancer and submitting the order and yet the result was not in conformity with the basic requirements. To be fair, the freelancer suggested making revisions but it was just too much work.

I can be very detail oriented and we went back and forth a little but she was always professional, patient, and understanding.
