Designed and documented multiple embedded hardware and PCB projects using KiCad, focusing on manufacturable layouts, power electronics, motor control, and IoT hardware integration. Smart Fan Controller Designed complete schematic and 2-layer PCB layout for an automatic temperature-controlled fan system. Integrated microcontroller, temperature sensing, MOSFET-based load switching, and power regulation circuits. Performed component selection, footprint assignment, PCB routing, and design validation. Generated manufacturing outputs including Gerber files, BOM, and 3D PCB renders. Smart Power Management Board Developed a power distribution and battery management PCB featuring reverse-polarity protection, buck conversion, battery charging, automatic power-path switching, and voltage monitoring. Implemented power electronics design practices including current-path optimization, decoupling, protection circuitry, and high-current trace routing. Produced complete hardware documentation and manufacturing-ready deliverables. Smart DC Motor Driver Board Designed a microcontroller-controlled DC motor driver PCB with PWM speed control, direction control, current sensing, fault indication, and motor protection features. Applied best practices for handling inductive loads, flyback protection, switching noise mitigation, grounding strategy, and thermal management. Created detailed schematics, PCB layouts, design documentation, and fabrication files. ESP32 IoT Smart Control Board Designed a professional 4-layer ESP32-based IoT controller board. Integrated USB connectivity, voltage regulation, programming interface, status indicators, and expansion headers. Applied RF-aware layout practices, power integrity considerations, and multilayer PCB design techniques. Delivered complete design package including schematic, PCB layout, Gerber files, BOM, and 3D visualizations.
