Which WordPress membership plugin will you use?
I recommend one setup based on your content, payments and access rules: MemberPress, Paid Memberships Pro, or WooCommerce Memberships with Subscriptions where needed. Required licenses are supplied by you.
Can you add memberships to my existing WordPress website?
Yes, if your theme, hosting and plugins are compatible. I review the setup first and preserve the agreed design where practical. Unrelated repairs, a full redesign or member migration need a separate quote.
Can you set up recurring payments, trials and installments?
Yes, where supported by your plugin, gateway, country and account. Recurring payments are available in all packages; trials or coupons start in Standard. Finite installments need a separate quote and an agreed access policy.
What happens after a failed payment or cancellation?
I configure supported retry, cancellation and access settings to your agreed rules. Access may continue during retries or until a paid term ends. I test applicable scenarios and note anything simulated or not testable before delivery.
Can you build courses with LearnDash or Tutor LMS?
Yes. Premium includes one course with up to 10 supplied lessons, one quiz with up to 10 supplied questions, and one template certificate where supported. You provide the required license and content. Extra courses need a separate quote.
Can you protect videos, downloads and member content?
I restrict supported pages, posts, resources and courses by membership level. Stronger video or file delivery protection may need a separate paid service. Access restrictions cannot prevent every form of copying or screen recording.
What do I need to provide, and are licenses included?
Provide suitable hosting, your domain, final content, branding, active plugin licenses and an approved payment account. Licenses and external services are not included. Use temporary authorized access after ordering; do not send payment-card details.
Can you connect my CRM or migrate existing subscribers?
Yes, subject to a separate technical review and custom offer. GoHighLevel, Keap or other CRM workflows, community builds, member imports and subscription migrations are outside these packages. Payment-token transfers are not always supported.
What counts as a revision, and when does delivery start?
A revision is one consolidated round of changes within the agreed scope. New features or a new design direction are extra. Delivery follows the Fiverr order timer after requirements are submitted; any needed extension is agreed through Fiverr.
Can I manage the site, and what support is included?
Yes. You receive a walkthrough video and test notes. I include 30 days of bug support for delivered features. This excludes new requests, content changes, expired licenses, hosting faults, and third-party outages or changes.
