Richard was very responsive to my messages and completed the work as requested within the agreed-upon timeframe. Would highly recommend.

Completed but quality did not meet my expectation. After two rounds of feedback and revision there were remained quality issues relating to zoom, alignment, spelling, etc. Rather than request further revisions I used AI to fix the outstanding issues myself.
