I worked with Hemmingway and Partners to set up their phone system with Twilio integration. As part of the project, I provisioned two Yealink desk phones and a DECT system, configured the SIP trunk, and set up outbound calling rules. I also built their digital receptionist (IVR) and voicemail system to ensure calls were routed properly and messages were captured without issues.

Very disappointed with this experience. There was a clear lack of communication and zero documentation of what was being done inside GHL, even after I repeatedly asked to be kept informed—especially since there was already similar work in place. Communication was poor throughout the project and the time...
