Can i Purchase Basic gig first and then later upgrade to Premium package ?
Yes, you can start with the basic first and later you can request me to upgrade your package, It would be better if you tell me before placing such order.
What does social media kit include ?
The social media kit includes : A profile picture for all of your social media profiles (adjusted in proper size)
What is included in Basic Package ?
Basic Package includes a simple High-resolution watercolor logo with jpeg and png file in 300 dpi.
What is a Vector/Source File and their Importance ?
The source file is the editable photoshop file of the logo use for Future editing purposes and the Vector file is the Adobe Illustrator file of the logo used for HQ printing purposes, such as on stickers, banners, t-shirts, signboards or hoardings.
What if I don't like the logo?
Client satisfaction is my priority and I am sure that the final design will be according to your requirements and satisfaction.
What about the copyrights ?
If you have purchased the logo through my profile with standard or premium package, You get the rights to use it commercially. The basic package is for the web and social media use only.
What is revisions Policy?
you will get free graphical unlimited revisions with each package. But changing the main object (design concept) will cost you extra. I charge 15 USD extra.
How long will it take to complete my order?
The duration depends on the complexity of the project.
I don’t have anything, still you can create logo design?
Yes, if you don’t have anything then you can just provide a brief explanation about your Business.
Do I have to contact you before placing an order?
No, not necessarily. If you have the requirements then you can just place the order however if the requirements are not clear, I advise you to contact me before placing the order.
