I will build Google authentication into your app to authorize your app users access Calendar data into your app.
Your app will also be able to create new tasks/events/reminders on the Calendar.
Supported WebApi Frameworks are PHP, ASP.NET and Java.
Supported authentication types for your app with Calendar is OAuthV2.

Is it necessary for my app to be a WebApi?
It would be better if it is. If it is not, I need to create custom WebApi project to support its integration with the Google Calendar. It can take some extra time and effort but possible.
How will it automate my business?
Well, it will help your users in their task management. Lets suppose you have an online retail shop and a user marks a product for later purchase. His calendar will get updated and he can hear a remainder tone on his phone on the appropriate date with the message without even touching his phone. :)
Can I also update Google Calendar of my customers on a date or occasion?
You can but your users need to authenticate their Google Calendar once on your app.
