Hello! I am Rafi. I'm an Bangladesh Architect with 20 years of experience. I am the founder of Ayat Building Design & Consulting Center. My best skills are Concept, Design Thinking, Narrative Presentation, and Design Illustration.
In this GIG, I will elaborate on your project, leading you to achieve the best CONCEPT to convey your work into a winning vision. After all the concept decisions have been confirmed, I will develop the SCHEMATIC DESIGN package that you can then extend into the necessary design development package, construction documentation, and detailing (by your local architect).
Please contact me before ordering. You may send me the available information on the scale of your project and requirements. The indicated Project Size refers to Architectural Projects. Urban-scale projects will be evaluated individually as they cover a wider area. Price may vary for each order - a customized GIG will be created if necessary.

Yes! I can take your existing plans, sketches, or concepts and transform them into high-quality 3D visualizations. If you don’t have any, I can create custom designs from scratch.
