Though I am new to Fiverr's platform, I am well experienced in real estate analysis, financial modeling and personal finance. I am an expert on all functions of Excel. I have traditionally worked brilliance without the use of macros but, lately I have been exploring the functionality of macros and have been incorporating them into my tool belt. I have reached an intermediate level with macros. My modeling experience spans from cleaning up used/broken models, completely revamping outdated models, creating brand new pro forma models from scratch, all the way to managing personal finances.
