FAQ
Are you really available anytime, 24/7?
Yes! I keep my ringer on high, all day and all night so I don't miss your notifications. I'm here to notarize when you need me.
How quickly can my document be notarized?
Same-day, last-minute, evening, overnight, and weekend appointments may be available. Please message me before ordering so I can confirm availability and document eligibility.
What documents can you notarize?
I commonly assist with affidavits, sworn statements, powers of attorney, trusts, travel consent forms, real estate documents, loan documents, and other general notarial documents. Please message me before ordering so I can review the request.
What should I send before ordering?
Please message me with the document type, number of signers, number of notarial acts, witness requirements, your preferred appointment time, and any instructions from the receiving organization.
Do I need to download an app or special software?
No. You will receive a secure link that opens in your internet browser. No app, special software, or technology scavenger hunt is required.
How does remote online notarization work?
You will open a secure link, verify your identity, meet with me through live video, and electronically sign your document. I will then complete the notarial certificate and provide the finished document electronically.
I don't have a witness. Can you provide witnesses?
Absolutely! Remote witnesses may be available for $15 per witness. You may also bring your own eligible witnesses. Please confirm witness requirements with the document recipient before ordering.
Will the receiving organization accept online notarization?
Acceptance is determined by the person, agency, court, lender, title company, or organization receiving the document. Please confirm that remote online notarization will be accepted before placing your order.
Can you tell me which notarial act or certificate I need?
I can explain the available notarial acts, but I cannot select one for you or provide legal advice. The document preparer or receiving organization should tell you what type of notarization is required.
Does one document always equal one notarization?
No. A document may contain one or several notarial certificates. Pricing is based on the number of signers and notarial acts required—not simply the number of pages or PDF files.
