Robert was very professional and delivered on time. For such a big project, I would have appreciated more time, patience, and a live document to review each chapter together, perhaps one per day. I personally love collaborative work, reader feedback, and suggestions on what to improve, add, or remove. Overall, a very good experience!

Great beta reading service, The feedback was clear, easy to understand and really helped me improve my story. She pointed out what worked and didn't in a helpful way. Quick delivery and good communication too. I'd definitely recommend him

I should receive a refund because I paid for more than what I got. He was paid $50.00 for less than 6,000 words. Instead of him waiting until I was finished with my work, he kept pressuring me.

Great beta reader! He provided clear, thoughtful feedback that really helped improve my manuscript. His comments were constructive, detailed, and easy to understand, and they pointed out both strengths and areas that needed work. Communication was smooth and he delivered on time.
