I clean up the data that marketing and CRM systems run on.
My day job is enterprise marketing automation for large retail clients, where
I work on databases at billion-record scale: data quality checks, PII mapping
for GDPR, retention rules, and cleanup projects that reclaimed around 500 GB
of storage.
Here I bring that same method to smaller jobs: your customer list, your CRM
export, your recurring report.
Before that: MSc in Digital Sociology (110 cum laude), three peer-reviewed
publications on machine learning and digital methods, and NLP pipelines built
with Python and BERT.
