I will build a custom web dashboard to track your projects, kpis and budget
Juan Cuellar
Informazioni su questo servizio
Running your business off six spreadsheets and a group chat?
I will build you one screen that shows everything. Not a template. Not another monthly app. A real dashboard built around how YOUR business works, live at your own web address.
WHAT YOU GET - One screen with the numbers you actually check - Pulls from what you already use: Sheets, Airtable, your CRM, an API - Works on your phone, not just the office monitor - Alerts you when something needs attention - Live on the web, and the files are yours to keep
WHAT I BUILD Project and job trackers. Budget and spend dashboards. Sales pipeline views. Whole-business KPI boards on one page. If you can tell me what you check every Monday, I can put it on one screen.
WHY ME US-based process consultant who builds these, not a developer guessing at your business. I map how you work first, then build. Military-trained planner. English and Spanish.
BEFORE YOU ORDER Message me with what you track now and where it lives. I will tell you straight if a dashboard helps, or if a better spreadsheet would do the job cheaper. Accuracy depends on your data sources. Not financial, legal, or investment advice.

FAQ
Can I see something you have actually built?
Yes. The gallery images are screenshots from two live dashboards I built and run myself. Message me and I will walk you through either one so you can see how it behaves, not just how it looks.
What do you build it with?
Depends on your budget and what you already use. Usually a web app you own outright at your own address, or a no-code build inside a tool you already pay for. I will tell you which is cheaper for you before you order.
Where does the data come from?
Whatever you use now. Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, a CRM, or a live API. Basic runs off a sheet you keep updated. Standard and Premium connect to live sources so it refreshes on its own.
Do I own it, or am I renting it from you?
You own it. Source files are handed over on every tier and there is no monthly fee to me. Hosting and any tool subscriptions are yours, and at this size they are usually free or a few dollars.
Can you set up our project boards too?
Yes. That is in Premium or available as an add-on. Board setup in Asana, Trello, Monday, or Notion, plus the workflow behind it so the board matches how your team actually works.
Can you build me a stock trading or investment tool?
I can build a tracker that displays data you choose. I do not build anything that gives investment advice or places trades, and I am not a licensed financial advisor. Ask me and I will point you the right way.
