Back-end lead in the Infocob group, working closely with its digital subsidiary AAC Innovation. I mentor an apprentice developer: code review, project scoping, skills development. UpToSea - boat rental platform (Symfony, Vue.js, PHP). Digitalised the booking process for a client running on the Infocob CRM, including a custom PHP library to talk to the CRM API. Around 30 boats at launch in Les Sables d'Olonne, with Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and La Rochelle to follow. app.uptosea.com WooCommerce extension, pCon interface (PHP, REST API). A reusable extension that brings an office furniture catalogue into WooCommerce with an interactive configurator for materials, colours and sizes, API import, and a cart that remembers the configuration. Deployed for around 10 clients instead of rebuilding the integration each time. CRM integration (Delphi). Custom display and automation work on the Infocob CRM for group clients.

E-learning platform (Symfony, PHP, Twig, Docker, Dokploy). Built from scratch to meet the regulatory requirements of certified training. Three spaces (learner, trainer, admin), course and skills management, assessment quizzes. In production since 2022. Currently integrating an AI coach (GPT-4 API + n8n). Internal management tool (Symfony, PHP, JavaScript, Docker). A 50-hour proof of concept that became the tool everyone uses daily. 15 modules covering tasks, deals, contracts, clients, contacts, staff, dashboard, calendar and statistics. In production since early 2025, updated every one to two weeks. Around 30 WordPress and Shopify sites delivered for small businesses, with a production process built to keep costs down (ZipWP pre-generation, AI and n8n automations) and the SEO strategy that goes with them. Client training: around 30 people coached one to one, two hours each, on WordPress and on using AI.
