Provide remote property management, administrative, and operations support for a U.S.-based property management business. Manage leasing from listings and prospect communication through tours, applications, income analysis, lease preparation, move-ins, and tenant onboarding. Coordinate maintenance and work orders from start to finish, including troubleshooting, vendors, estimates, scheduling, access, invoices, completion photos, and follow-up. Handle tenant, applicant, and vendor communication, renewals, move-ins and move-outs, property onboarding, documentation, collections and eviction-related administrative support. I also create SOPs and workflows, support business development and prospect outreach, coordinate marketing and social media, prepare reports, and manage day-to-day administrative projects. I work independently, communicate directly with clients and vendors, and take ownership of tasks through completion.
