I have been an intellectual property attorney since 1991. I am registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and I have obtained patents and trademark registrations for Ford, Priceline, Computer Associates, and others. Since becoming a sole practitioner in 2010, I have focused on start-ups and small business clients. Many of my clients have found me after using extremely low cost counsel or trying to protect their IP assets themselves. I urge you not to make the same mistakes, and use qualified legal counsel - even if it isn't me.

He drafts opinions regarding right-to-use, patentability, validity, and non-infringement and prosecutes U.S. patent applications, including presenting appeals before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Mr. Lech was responsible for conducting and managing prosecution of a portfolio of between 100-150 cases per year in computer and data processing technologies. He conducted and supervised trademark litigation concerning the Priceline trademarks and worked effectively with both management and the inventing staff.
