I miei 45 anni come maratoneta competitivo di livello nazionale e allenatore universitario, oltre ad essere autore dei libri "Running Shorts: A Collection of Stories and Advice for Anyone Who Has Ever Laced Up a Pair of Running Shoes" e "Personal Best", ti assicureranno un programma di allenamento di qualità.

Tho my request may have been a bit shirt notice he was able to get me the exact needs I was looking for to train for the new Air Force PT test and made it custom to my needs. If you're looking for a good plan or amazing coach you wont find anyone better in my opinion. His products are deeply detailed yet simple but keeps you in mind the whole time.
