He was attentive to the description I gave him, although some details were missed. He was always willing to revise and rework the task to meet expectations. However, it would be more efficient if clarifying questions were asked upfront rather than completing the work and then requiring further changes. Overall, I would be happy to work with him again.

I had a great time working with Rushika. She is very respectful and goes above and beyond in terms of giving quality work. Rushika is good, but it would be better if she can be proactive about communication as to when the delviery will be completed or ask questions to get a better idea of the project.

My first working was quite stressful due to the lack of understanding from vision that as communicated. There was also a huge lack of attention to details. I had to say things repeatedly before it was finally understood and resolved which extended the project longer than it needed to be
