I provided this contractor with the design I needed replicating with graphic expertise and he didn't deliver anything anywhere near what I expected. The logo was a 2:1 ration width to height, it came back 1:1 ratio. I spend 2 hours detailing all the changes he needed to address and he didn't change anything....

All logos were AI generated and when requested to revise, eh sent another AI generated logo. I asked for hand work or work with Photoshop but it was not done. I requested changes but the response was not great. Overall, very poor experience
