n 2022 I joined The Co-Operative Bank as a Customer Service Advocate, handling a wide range of domestic banking enquiries including day-to-day account management, transfers, credit card support, bereavement calls and complaints, within a regulated and security focused environment. Through progressive training, I expanded my role to include handling Visa credit cards, fraud prevention, and dispute handling, leading to my current position as a Customer Service Specialist trained across all areas of customer services. This includes supporting customers with card-related fraud, account-level fraud concerns and transaction disputes, while maintaining strict attention to accuracy, security, and regulatory standards. I regularly handle complex and time critical cases, provide clear guidance in high pressure situations and coordinate with internal teams and external organisations when required to protect customers and minimise financial risk. Alongside this, I continue to manage a full range of day-to-day customer service calls. I have experienced working both on-site and remotely, and I am comfortable working independently, managing responsibility and adapting quickly to system, process, and regulatory changes.

In 2018 I joined McDonald’s as a Crew Member, working in all areas of the restaurant including the kitchen, front counter and drive thru in a fast paced customer focused environment. The role required maintaining speed, accuracy and service standards during busy periods while working effectively as part of a team. In 2020, I was promoted to Crew Trainer, supporting shift managers by leading different areas of the restaurant, training new starters to required standards, and helping maintain high levels of food safety, hygiene and operational quality. In my final role, I worked within the delivery and maintenance team, taking responsibility for equipment upkeep, internal and external cleanliness, stock checks and ordering, receiving and managing deliveries. This role required organisation, reliability and attention to detail to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant.
