I think it’s a lack of skills. Multiple deadline postponements. Poor communication. Then increasing the budget. I believe the intention was to discourage the client so that he would resign. Most likely also caused by a lack of competence.

Worst person to work with even threatened me and he made attempts to change my Google account password because I gave him access to my server please guy don't make mistake to give him your server password. He kept on charging extra and often delivery the service so that the order may go through with me testing it Bad Bad Bad
