USA Construction Experience – 3 Years • Prepared construction cost estimates and quantity takeoffs for residential and commercial projects. • Worked on material takeoffs for drywall, wood framing, lumber, roofing, ceiling, flooring, siding, foundation, MEP, HVAC and other building components. • Assisted with BOQ preparation, contractor bid estimation, material quantity calculations, and cost breakdowns. • Prepared and modified architectural drawings, site plan, floor plans, architectural permit and as-built drawings using AutoCAD. • Converted PDF blueprints into editable CAD drawings and supported construction documentation. • Used AutoCAD, PlanSwift, STACK, and Bluebeam Revu for estimating and drafting tasks.
