Which source files do you provide?
We provide source files in Figma. These are the ones that we prefer working on. You also get the PNGs along with the source files. If you need the files in any other format, you must confirm the file format with us first.
What do you need to get started?
We need your project brief, name, logo, color scheme, brand guidelines, and wireframe. If you need further information, please get in touch. We'll get back to you within a few minutes
Do you use stock images for design?
We use royalty-free or licensed stock images or footage as part of our design process. In case you need or have any premium images, let us know before ordering
Once the order is placed, which is the next step?
Once the order is placed, the Fiverr system will ask for order requirements, such as business details and information. Please, fill out as many of the requirements as possible.
What if there is an issue after the project is complete? Will you solve it?
If there is any issue, please contact me within 10 days of delivery & I will try to resolve it ASAP. I cannot accept responsibility if contacted after months or years! Please note that I will make revisions free of cost if contacted within 10 working days after delivery; otherwise, I will charge.
