During my industrial operations internship at Safran, a world-class aerospace company, I had the unique opportunity to operate with a dual perspective: working hands-on with the production workers on the shop floor every morning, and collaborating closely with the engineering office. This allowed me to deeply analyze the daily workflows and organizational dynamics of a highly demanding corporate environment. One of my most striking observations was the excellent communication and synergy between the operational workers and the engineers. However, despite this strong human connection, I identified significant operational bottlenecks causing massive losses of time. I saw firsthand how much energy was drained by repetitive administrative tasks. Engineers were bogged down by manual reporting, inefficient meeting preparations, writing lengthy meeting minutes, and managing disjointed organizational workflows. I realized that while the engineering talent was top-tier, a huge portion of their day was spent on low-value data management rather than actual problem-solving. This is where I clearly saw the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence. I understood that by integrating AI to automate meeting summaries, structure daily reports, and optimize the data workflow between the shop floor and the office, the time saved would be revolutionary. Freeing up these 2 to 3 hours a day would allow engineers to focus entirely on their core expertise: tackling more complex technical problems, innovating, and successfully managing a significantly higher volume of projects per month and per year. This pivotal experience on the ground inspired my mission today: helping professionals and businesses identify their own time-consuming bottlenecks and implementing smart AI workflows to recover valuable hours, boost productivity, and focus on high-value impact.
