So here is the deal. Amol is great at what he does, not a lot of words, just action. He delivered in record time, he was great at identifying the issue, fast in response times, he gave me a resolve time of 2 hours for a database recovery on a PRODUCTION SERVER. Let that sync in. ON A PRODUCTION SERVER....
