The service provider was very responsive and professional. However, the final product did not meet my expectations or resemble the reference character. Throughout the process, the service provider made efforts to correct the issues involved. I appreciated the gestures, but I was disappointed with the final product.

This was my first time using Fiverr for this and I didn't understand the process but he took me through it and explained it all and the final product was close to perfect.
