Can you fix my issue before I order?
Send me your store URL and a screenshot or video first. I'll confirm whether I can fix it, how long it will take and which package fits, so there are no surprises.
Do you need my Shopify login?
A collaborator request is best: it's safe, you control the permissions and you never share your password. I'll send you the request code.
Will the fix affect my live store?
For anything beyond a small fix I work on a duplicate theme, test it, and only publish once you've approved it.
Which themes do you work with?
Any Shopify 2.0 theme, including Dawn, Ella, Impulse, Prestige and custom themes, plus older vintage themes.
What if the issue comes back?
If the same issue returns within 14 days because of my fix, I'll sort it free of charge.
