I am a women's reflection guide and founder of Sakinah by Saadgi. I provides a safe and supportive space for women to share, reflect and gain clarity about emotions, relationships and personal growth.
My approach combines deep listening, thoughtful questions and faith-inspired reflection based on values like peace,self awareness and balance. I may use reflection tools such as sakinah cards and other reflection cards as a conversation prompts for self-awareness and insight. These tools are not for predictions.
This is a supportive reflection session, not medical or clinical therepy.
