I support the planning and delivery of streaming application projects for businesses and content owners seeking to establish or improve their presence on Smart TV platforms. My focus includes Roku, Amazon Fire TV, and Apple TV solutions. My responsibilities include gathering client requirements, clarifying project objectives, documenting requested features, coordinating technical implementation with a development partner, and keeping project communication organized throughout delivery. I help define project scope for custom TV applications, video-on-demand (VOD) services, live streaming features, content integration, application improvements, troubleshooting, testing, and publishing requirements. Each project begins with a review of the client's platform, content source, desired functionality, and technical requirements. I then coordinate the agreed workflow, help communicate changes, and ensure that deliverables are checked against the approved scope. I prioritize clear communication, realistic timelines, organized project management, and solutions that match each client's goals. My aim is to make streaming app projects easier for clients to plan and manage, from the initial discussion through agreed delivery milestones.
