I am a classically trained chef who has experience in several different facets of the culinary industry. I have worked in may types of restaurants from a gourmet taco restaurant to a two michelin star restaurant. I have been an executive chef at two different establishments, a restaurant and a catering company and so have extensive experience creating menus, both seasonally and for specific occasions, as well as creating and writing recipes. I also partnered with a physician to create a cookbook tailored specifically for her patients that focused on heathy recipes.
