Avrò 1 assistente o lavorerò con il tuo team?
Avrai un Digital Marketing Manager dedicato che agirà come tuo punto di contatto unico, supportato da un team completo di esperti in SEO, email marketing, sviluppo di siti web, scrittura di contenuti, grafica e altro ancora.
In quale fuso orario lavorerà il mio assistente?
I nostri assistenti lavorano sia nel tuo fuso orario che nel loro, consentendoti di collaborare nei tuoi orari e di essere produttivo nei loro.
Come garantite la sicurezza dei miei dati?
Tutto il nostro staff lavora sotto NDA e NCA, e i loro sistemi sono monitorati sotto sorveglianza aziendale. Siamo anche disponibili a firmare il tuo NDA e usare un password manager come LastPass, se preferisci.
Come funziona il processo?
Il nostro team si metterà in contatto con te per una breve chiamata di definizione del progetto. Successivamente, condivideremo un ordine Fiverr. Una volta pagato, riceverai un'email di onboarding. Il tuo CSM programmerà la chiamata di onboarding e il tuo Digital Marketing Manager inizierà a lavorare. Il CSM ti contatterà due volte al mese per feedback e fatturazione.

Ci rivolgiamo a tutti i tipi di attività: consulenza/Airbnb/eco-merce/immobiliare/marketing/finanza/edilizia/autotrasporti/agenzia IT/viaggi/diritto/istruzione/ONG ecc.
Quali sono le accuse?
Abbiamo diversi tipi di assistenti - Generali, Executive, Digital Marketing, ecc. I costi per ognuno di questi variano. Le tariffe degli assistenti generali partono da 15 USD/ora e gli assistenti più esperti arrivano a oltre 20 USD/ora.
Per quante ore puoi aiutarmi?
Richiediamo un minimo di 10 ore/settimana di lavoro. Siamo anche completamente attrezzati per fornirti assistenti virtuali a tempo pieno, cioè più di 40 ore/settimana di lavoro.
Per quanto tempo sono validi gli orari/pacchetti settimanali?
Le ore assegnate devono essere utilizzate entro il periodo di fatturazione - settimanale, mensile, trimestrale, semestrale o annuale. Ad esempio, nel caso di fatturazione settimanale, le ore sono valide per 5 giorni lavorativi. Quindi, se il servizio inizia di lunedì, le ore scadranno venerdì.
Offrite una prova? Come funziona la struttura di fatturazione?
Lavoriamo principalmente con clienti a lungo termine e offriamo opzioni di fatturazione mensile, trimestrale, semestrale o annuale. Tuttavia, per aiutarti a valutare i nostri servizi, offriamo una prova di 2 settimane prima delle fatturazioni mensili.
