I regularly schedule appointments between prospects and sales representatives by effectively handling objections, maintaining engaging conversations, and communicating the value of the services being offered. In addition to appointment setting, I also perform lead research, organize prospect information, maintain CRM records, follow up with interested leads, and ensure accurate tracking of outreach activities and call outcomes. Throughout my experience, I have developed strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills, allowing me to confidently interact with different types of clients and gatekeepers.
