I will design app screens in an interactive mockup/demo, using UX best practice from an industry professional. This clickable prototype design provides the perfect "blueprint" for development.
This project includes:
- High-fidelity app or desktop screen designs
- Adobe XD or Figma demo - viewable in the browser or on a mobile device
- Development specifications for fonts, colours, sizes etc.
To get started I will only need a few things from you:
- A bit of info about the purpose and goals of your app or website
- A sense of the design style which appeals to you and fits your business. I can work from your existing brand style or guide if you have one
- Any other reference material you'd like me to work from, or specific content you may want to be included
We can add any of these to the project if you need to:
- Logo and brand style board options
- More screens or revisions
- UX analysis of existing designs
- Development support

FAQ
What format is the interactive mockup provided as?
The demo will be built using Adobe XD (.xd filetype) but you can view this in any browser using the link I provide when delivering the gig. I will also enclose a zipped archive of PNG or JPG files of each individual screen for reference and source files as .psd or .ai
What do you need to get started?
Some general info about your app and goals for the project, the list of key screens you would like to have created, and any other information you'd like to provide. The more the better, but don't worry if you don't have much to go on, I'm happy to help get you to the next stage.
Can I start with a basic wireframe project first, then see if I want to have full designs later?
Of course. I'm very happy to start small and ensure you are happy with each stage of the project, so there's no obligation to take full designs straight away if you prefer not to.
Can you work with a different prototyping tool, like InVision, Figma or Balsamiq?
Yes - I'm happy to work on another platform if you prefer - I have experience using: Adobe XD, InVision, Axure, Balsamiq, and Moqups. Please let me know if you would like your mockups to be provided in a particular format.
Do I need to have an existing brand/logo?
I can design your app screens without a logo or brand style to work with, but generally speaking it's better to start with the brand feel so that the design feels cohesive. Feel free to chat to me if you're not sure what to do about your existing brand/logo.
Can you work under a NDA?
Yes, no problem to sign an NDA at the beginning of your project if you prefer this.
Does this project contain checkpoints or milestones?
Yes, normally I work with at least 2-3 milestones, depending on what is needed. If you purchase the gig straight from the gig page, these checkpoints will happen within the total project time (i.e. I will "deliver" the gig multiple times, and seek your feedback at least twice through the course.
What if I prefer to pay for the gig in parts?
If this is the case, simply let me know and I will create a custom offer for you, which contains the "milestones"/checkpoints you would like to have throughout the project. You'd pay for each milestone at the beginning, and can choose to continue or not at any stage.
