I work at NTT East, one of Japan's major telecommunications companies, where I have been involved in technology development, technology implementation, and business planning. From 2023 to 2025, I worked on the development and implementation of software applications using RTK-GNSS high-precision positioning technology. My responsibilities included developing Python-based applications, processing and analyzing GNSS data, evaluating positioning accuracy, conducting field tests, and supporting the introduction of RTK-based solutions into practical business environments. I was involved not only in software development but also in understanding user requirements, conducting technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects, and supporting the implementation of positioning technologies in real-world operations. From 2025 onward, I moved into projects focused on the practical and commercial implementation of drone technologies. My work has included evaluating drone technologies, designing use cases, supporting demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects, and exploring how drones can be integrated into real-world business operations. More recently, my role has expanded into business planning, where I work on identifying customer needs, evaluating new technologies, designing new services and business models, and connecting technical capabilities with practical business opportunities. Through these experiences, I have developed a combination of hands-on technical skills and business-oriented problem-solving skills. I can approach projects from both an engineering and business perspective, from technical prototyping and data analysis to planning how a technology can actually be implemented and used. I am also involved in applied research and technical paper writing, particularly in the fields of high-precision GNSS/RTK positioning and related technologies.
