Sazzarul is really really good at formatting to requirements of KDP and IngramSpark. I found his responses to also be attentive, even though he was almost 12 hours difference in time zone! Sazzarul was really efficient and with a bit more experience perhaps he will understand the visual choices to use of fonts, font sizing, and standards of book content.
