I don't have a VPS yet. Can you recommend one?
Yes. For most use cases I recommend Hetzner Cloud (Germany/EU, starts ~€5/month) or Contabo (cheaper, slightly less performant). I'll include a short setup guide in the welcome message.
What if I already have a server running something else?
No problem — as long as ports 80 and 443 are available and Docker can be installed. I'll work alongside your existing setup.
Is my data safe? Who has access?
You own the server, you own the data. I only need SSH access during the setup. Once it's done, I hand over all credentials and you can revoke my access. No data ever leaves your server.
Can you migrate my existing data (e.g., from Dropbox to Nextcloud)?
Basic data import is included. Large or complex migrations may require a custom quote — message me with the details first.
Do you provide ongoing support after delivery?
The Basic and Standard packages include delivery only. Premium includes 14 days of support. For longer-term maintenance, check my consultation gig or message me for a monthly retainer.
