Do I need to already have a Squarespace account?
Yes, you'll need an active Squarespace subscription (or trial) since I design directly inside your account. If you don't have one yet, I can walk you through setting it up before we begin.
What's the difference between the three packages?
Basic covers a simple design or redesign (up to 3 pages). Standard adds more pages plus a fully set-up blog. Premium includes everything in Standard plus a membership area with gated content and payment integration. Check the package tiers above for full details.
Can you redesign my site without losing my current content?
Yes. For redesigns, I back up your existing pages, content, and images before making any changes, so nothing gets lost in the process.
Do you choose the template, or do I?
I'll recommend templates based on your industry and goals, but you're welcome to request one you already like. Either way, it gets customized to fit your brand.
Can you migrate my site from WordPress, Wix, or another platform?
Yes, I can help migrate existing content — text, images, blog posts — into a new Squarespace build. Message me with details about your current site so I can scope it properly.
Do you write the website copy for me?
Copywriting isn't included by default, but I'm happy to offer it as a paid add-on. Otherwise, please have your text and images ready before we start to keep things on schedule.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your Squarespace login (or a contributor invite), your logo/brand assets, any text or images for the pages, and a note on the style or example sites you like.
Do you offer support after the site is delivered?
Premium includes 30 days of post-launch support. Basic and Standard include help with quick fixes shortly after delivery, and ongoing maintenance can be arranged separately if needed.
Can I add extra pages or features not in my package?
Absolutely — just message me before or during the order and I'll send a custom quote for extras like additional pages, integrations, or advanced membership tiers.
