I build the systems that answer your leads before your competitors do. Most of my work is speed-to-lead: a form fills or a call comes in, and an AI voice agent picks up within seconds, qualifies the caller, and books the appointment. I build these end to end with Retell or Vapi for the voice, GoHighLevel for the CRM and pipeline, Twilio for the numbers and A2P 10DLC compliance, and n8n, Make or Zapier to connect the rest. I run my own automation agency, so these are systems I build for real businesses and still maintain. You get someone who stays on after launch, not a handoff.

I run the client side of an automation agency building speed-to-lead systems for service businesses. What I deliver: Voice AI intake. Inbound agents that answer, qualify and book, plus outbound agents that call a new lead within 60 seconds of a form submission. Built on Retell and Vapi, wired to the client's CRM and calendar with the outcome written back so nothing is re-typed. GoHighLevel builds. Pipelines that match how the business actually sells, lead intake that tags and routes, missed-call text back, nurture sequences and appointment reminders across SMS and email. Calendars, booking routing and reputation requests where the scope calls for it. A2P 10DLC registration. Brand and campaign submission, plus remediation of rejected campaigns. This is the step most builds skip, and it is why their SMS silently never delivers. Web and integration work. Next.js sites and client dashboards on Vercel, custom API integrations where an off-the-shelf connector will not do, and automation across n8n, Make and Zapier. Cold email infrastructure. SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured and verified, dedicated sending domains, mailbox warmup and inbox placement testing through Lemlist and Instantly. How I work: everything is built in the client's own accounts and documented at handover, so their team can operate it without me. If a request cannot be delivered properly, I say so before the engagement starts rather than after.
