Rooted Android emulator, mitmproxy with the CA injected into the Android 14+ trust store, QUIC/HTTP-3 blocked so every request shows up, Frida for certificate pinning, WebSocket capture for real-time protocols (SendBird, Ably), HMAC/token signing reproduced.
