Qasim is truly worth it for monitoring tasks. He correctly set up our MikroTik alerts for Google Chat—including traffic alerts—and created a clean DownDetector Spain dashboard in Grafana with icons (visual-only, no chat spam). He knew exactly what we needed and got the job done.
