I will create a set of planning drawings for a proposed dwelling on a suitable plot of land. These will include: Site Location at 1:1250 or 1:2500, Existing Site Layout at 1:500 or 1:200, Proposed Site Layout at 1:500 or 1:200, Proposed Floor Plans at 1:100 or 1:50, and Proposed Elevations at 1:100 or 1:50.
Different fee tiers for varying levels of design work required, either provide a design you already have or let me design based on your vision.
I can add supplementary drawings for an additional fee, such as sections, drainage, biodiversity net gain, access, street scene, condition compliance, CGI etc.

What information do I need to provide?
A succinct brief outlining what you are trying to achieve. Location and site boundary information, simple sketches are useful. Survey data if you have, but not neceessary.
Where are you based?
I'm located in Bristol, UK
What counts as a revision?
I consider a revision to be tweaks and adjustments to a scheme that fall within the scope of the initial brief. For example; If the initial brief is for a modest 2-bed house, you cannot request a revision to make it a luxury 5-bed.
How long have you been doing this?
For over 12 years. I have completed over 350 design and planning drawing sets for UK projects of varying scales.
