What types of Airbnb and STR operations can you manage?
I can support guest communication, reservations, calendars, check-ins and check-outs, cleaning and turnover coordination, maintenance and vendor follow-up, guest issues, reviews, PMS workflows and daily operational follow-up.
How many properties can you manage?
The packages cover 1, 2–3, or 4–5 properties depending on the level of support required. For larger portfolios, message me before ordering so we can discuss the scope.
Can you work with my existing PMS?
Yes. I can work with platforms such as Guesty, Hospitable, Hostaway and OwnerRez, depending on your workflow and the access provided.
Do I need my own cleaners and maintenance contacts?
Yes. You should have your preferred cleaners, maintenance providers or vendors available. I can coordinate with them, follow up on tasks and help keep outstanding issues moving.
Can you handle guest issues?
Yes. I can handle routine guest questions and operational issues within the agreed scope and escalate situations that require the owner's approval or an on-site decision.
