I worked as a Site Manager at a company, a proud supplier of fresh vegetables to Woolworths. I am writing to introduce myself and share my background and experience within the food industry. I have extensive experience in food safety, labor, and quality audits, including Sedex, HACCP, and IBL Woolworths audits. Prior to this, I worked as Operations Manager at OS Boerdery, where I focused on animal welfare, herd health, and efficient farm operations. I have also held management roles in guest services and retail, which strengthened my skills in customer service, staff management, and operational coordination.
