As the Technical Founder and CTO, I conceptualized, designed, built, and successfully launched Yovu—a highly unique, enterprise-scale B2B2C global travel experiences marketplace. I personally engineered the entire platform architecture from raw code to live production, executing everything from database schema design to automated FinTech microservices. Core Architectural & Strategic Achievements: End-to-End Product Execution: Personally designed, coded, and deployed a highly optimized, production-ready codebase composed of over 700+ specialized serverless modules and frontend components utilizing Next.js (v16+), Turbopack, and TypeScript. FinTech & Split-Escrow Infrastructure: Architected a dynamic, automated split-payment engine via Stripe. Implemented deferred capital capture chron-jobs that securely hold buyer escrows and automatically compute multi-tiered marketplace commissions, factor in currency variations, and distribute payouts to operators. Resilient Database Architecture: Scaled a high-concurrency PostgreSQL and Supabase distributed database layout. Global Supply Synchronization: Built an enterprise-grade global distribution system (GDS) sync engine that interfaces directly with international provider networks, unifying live tour availability. Multi-Tenant Portal Ecosystem: Designed three fully segregated, secure platform environments under a single application framework: a comprehensive Admin optimization suite, a Traveler self-service modification portal, and a mobile-first Supplier Dashboard complete with an integrated real-time ticket scanner utility. Native Automation & Growth Pipelines: Integrated programmatic machine learning workflows for real-time regional listing translations, automated SEO image metadata processing, and dynamic, traffic-driven headless CMS destination layout creation.
