Competed as lead oralist and primary memorial writer at the 2026 Bangladesh National Round of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, the world's largest international law competition, involving 700+ law schools across 100+ countries before a simulated International Court of Justice. Responsible for researching and drafting the full written memorial covering four issues of public international law including third-party intervention under Article 62 ICJ Statute, Free Prior and Informed Consent obligations under treaty and customary international law, extradition treaty interpretation and ne bis in idem, and state immunity under customary international law. Conducted primary source research across ICJ judgments, treaty texts, UN documents, dissenting opinions, and academic commentary. Also served as lead oralist, defending all four issues under live cross-examination by qualified international law judges.
