Provide senior advisory and implementation services to nonprofits, associations, social enterprises and mission-driven initiatives in Canada and internationally. Support organizations from early-stage formation through institutional launch, funding, governance consolidation and operational scale-up. Lead the development of customized bylaws, governance policies, codes of conduct, reference frameworks, board toolkits, strategic plans, business plans, grant proposals, funding strategies, budgets, financial forecasts and implementation roadmaps. Design practical management systems, CRM structures, automated workflows, performance indicators and executive dashboards that connect daily operations with board oversight and funder reporting. Conduct jurisdictional, sector and funding research; facilitate organizational assessments; clarify mandates, roles, decision rights and accountability mechanisms; and transform complex information into polished, decision-ready institutional documents. Coordinate multidisciplinary contributors and maintain rigorous quality control across every mandate. Services are delivered in French or English, with bilingual implementation available. Every engagement is tailored to the organization, jurisdiction, audience, operational risks and intended decision. Services are scoped by complete document, system or deliverable package rather than by word count.
