What do I need to get started if I buy your restaurant website gig?
You will need a domain name and a hosting account. If you need hosting I can provide 3 months for free. You will still need to purchase domain. I will also need your logo (optional), a few sentences about your restaurant, email address to configure contact form and your menu.
Do you provide content?
No, I don't write content. I fill content areas with dummy text. if you can provide suitable content I can replace it or if you want I can get content written for your website at extra cost.
Does online ordering system work properly?
Yes, the ordering system is free to use if customers place an order online and pay at your restaurant location or upon delivery. If you would like to add a payment gateway like Stripe, contact me to learn more.
Do you provide tutorials for managing the ordering system?
YES. I will provide a detailed video tutorial to get you up and running with your new website ordering system & app.
Can I review the product before placing the final order?
Yes, I can provide you a live URL of the website and you can check all the functions and design of website.
Can you upload website to my hosting?
Only if you will provide me with login information for your hosting control panel (you can always change login information after). If you don't provide me with the necessary login info, I will send you the website in a zip file for you to upload and make your website live.

If you’re looking for a job to get done, then don’t order with Shafan. We ordered, we had no communication from the freelancer regarding our project, no updates throughout, and the order was 5 days late before being cancelled. Lack of professionalism isn’t even the word!
