I am the CEO and Business Development professional at Zelta Studios, a creative production studio working with international clients and businesses. I have experience in client acquisition, business development, sales, project management, creative production, and building long-term client relationships. My role involves communicating directly with clients, understanding their requirements, discussing project ideas, preparing suitable solutions, managing budgets and timelines, and coordinating with our production team to deliver high-quality work. I focus on creating a smooth experience for clients from the first conversation until the final delivery. At Zelta Studios, we provide a wide range of creative and digital production services, including 3D animation, character animation, product animation, medical and educational animation, architectural visualization, YouTube content, short-form videos, AI-generated videos, motion graphics, and professional video editing. I have experience working with different types of businesses, content creators, YouTube channels, agencies, and brands. I understand that every client has different goals, audiences, budgets, and deadlines, so I focus on finding the right production approach for each project. My business development experience includes lead generation, client communication, proposal development, negotiation, pricing, project coordination, follow-ups, and developing long-term partnerships. I also work closely with creative teams to make sure client requirements are clearly communicated and the final production meets the expected quality. As a CEO, I also manage team coordination, workflow planning, quality control, recruitment, production scheduling, and business growth. I have built a professional workflow that allows our team to handle both individual projects and ongoing monthly content requirements. I believe successful business development is not only about getting a client; it is about understanding their needs
