After starting my career as a 3D POSM Designer, I moved into the role of Creative Head, taking on greater responsibility for creative direction, project development, and client requirements. As a Creative Head, I continue to stay involved in 3D design while also leading the creative process from the initial concept to the final presentation. My work includes POSM, retail displays, product stands, kiosks, branding structures, and 3D visualizations. Key Responsibilities & Achievements: . Leading creative concepts and design direction for POSM projects. Developing realistic 3D concepts and presentation visuals. . Managing projects from initial ideas through final design. . Understanding client requirements and turning them into practical creative solutions. . Guiding design decisions related to structure, materials, branding, and product placement. . Creating multiple concepts and design directions when required. . Reviewing and improving designs before client presentations. . Balancing creativity with production feasibility, budget, and real-world requirements. . Coordinating creative work and guiding other designers when needed. . Maintaining a hands-on approach to 3D design while managing the overall creative direction

3D Designer

his was the beginning of my journey in 3D design, where I built my experience in POSM, retail displays, product visualization, and 3D rendering. During these years, I learned how to turn ideas, sketches, and client requirements into practical and realistic 3D designs. I worked on different types of display stands, counters, kiosks, promotional units, product displays, and branded retail concepts, while developing my skills in modeling, materials, lighting, rendering, and presentation. Key Experience & Achievements: Developed a strong foundation in 3D modeling and visualization. Created POSM concepts based on client requirements and dimensions. Learned to work with different materials and real-world display structures. Produced realistic 3D renders for presentations and client approvals. Improved my understanding of retail environments and product placement. Developed a practical approach to designing displays that can be manufactured and used in real spaces. Built the design experience that became the foundation for my professional career in POSM.
