Is this EVV compliant?
The platform records the visit data EVV requires. Transmission to your state aggregator is a separate integration phase, because it depends on credentials and approvals your agency has to obtain — on timelines neither of us controls. We quote it after go-live. The EVV readiness assessment maps exact
Can it submit OASIS?
Not in the base packages. OASIS and iQIES submission is a scoped phase of its own. The platform captures the clinical data; the submission pipeline is separate work, quoted separately.
We're not Medicare certified yet. Is this still for us?
Yes. Plenty of agencies start private-pay and certify later. The documentation, credentialing and audit trail you build now are what make certification straightforward when you get there.
What if our forms change after a survey?
Forms live in a configurable form builder, so most changes are configuration rather than development. If you need entirely new forms, they're $250 each.
Do our clinicians need internet in the field?
The platform is web-based and works on any modern browser including tablets. Offline field capture is a separate scope — tell me if you need it and I'll quote it honestly rather than pretend it's included.
Can we run two agencies on one system?
Yes. Multi-agency and multi-location tenancy with full data isolation is built in, and included on the Multi-Site package.
Do you handle billing and claims?
Not in these packages. Clearinghouse and billing integration is a separate phase. If billing is your primary pain, tell me now — you may need that phase first, and I'd rather say so than sell you the wrong thing.
How long does it really take?
14 to 30 days depending on package, and that assumes you send your forms at kickoff and respond to review requests within about three business days. Delays on your side move the date; I'll tell you before you notice.
Do I own the code?
You own your deployment, your data and your configuration in full. The core platform is licensed — you get a maintained product rather than a one-off codebase you'd have to staff to support. Source-code licensing is available separately.
Who does the work?
My team. Nine engineers, in-house, no subcontracting.
